Terms and Conditions

1. All orders placed through A-r- Creamery’s website or app are subject to availability.
2. Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Customers must ensure that delivery address and contact information are accurate at the time of
ordering.
4. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
5. A-r- Creamery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability or
unforeseen issues.
6. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be clubbed unless specifically mentioned.
7. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by A-r- Creamery’s privacy policy and data
usage terms.
8. In case of disputes, the decision of A-r- Creamery management will be final and binding.

Delivery Instructions

1. Orders are delivered within 10-30 minutes in available service zones via our signature
cheetah-speed delivery.
2. Products are packed in insulated containers to ensure they remain frozen upon delivery.
3. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the rider will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes
before moving to the next delivery.
4. Inaccessible or incorrect delivery locations may result in order cancellation without refund.
5. For large party orders, please book at least 24 hours in advance using the ‘Function Order’
section of the app.
6. Customers are requested to check the packaging before accepting the delivery. Any issues must
be reported immediately.
7. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on delivered ice creams
